SolidWorks Rx
SolidWorks Rx is used to diagnose common issues and package information for the support engineer. SolidWorks Rx is available from the Windows Start menu under the SolidWorks <version>\SolidWorks Tools menu.
 
 GoToMeeting
Interactive problem support via GotoMeeting is for problems that cannot be resolved by telephone or electronic submission. GoToMeeting is an online meeting tool which allows a Tridaq Support Engineer to take control of your computer over the Internet and walk you interactively through solving your problem.
